How do we achieve our aims and objectives?

Through the generosity of the Jersey & Guernsey Overseas Aid Committees, local companies, schools, Trusts and individuals.

 

The charity also obtains money through fund raising both locally and nationally. Local fund raising has been extremely successful. We have raised over £74,000 from our Abseil for Africa event and over £86,000 from our Mount Kilimanjaro Charity Challenge, plus numerous amounts from other small fund raising events.

 

The support from local schools and companies has been amazing over the years and it shows that schoolchildren and the local community really do have a concern for others.

Through child sponsorship, we presently have over 100 children in Zambia and 50 in Tanzania at both primary and secondary school who are being sponsored by the generosity of Channel Island individuals.
